All our programs are based on the conscious
sensing and experiencing of breath movement.
Each one supports participants in understanding and applying the laws
and principles
of breath as a source for creating balance and enhancing healing. The
teaching level varies from program to program (see program
descriptions).
Workshops and classes are structured to provide each individual with
the
support needed to carry away their own personal learning of breath's
meaning.
