Days of Breath


10 one-day classes of Breath
spread over one year

last Saturday of the month

In each of these days you will experience through
simple breath and movement sequences, that the
basic principles of breath also hold the basic
principles of life.
You will learn how these principles of Breath
can be used as "tools" in orienting yourself on your
path and find the inspiration and direction that will
result in:

- more ease in your life
- improvement of your health and well being
- less feelings of being trapped
- more access to your creative resources
- more clarity in making decisions
- meeting and responding to life's challenges, rather
   than being manipulated by them

The 10 Saturdays cover all of the main principles or
archetypes of breath. Each one of these "Days of Breath" is
complete in itself and all 10 together build on a greater
understanding of oneness.  That is why we encourage you to go
through the whole one year program, that means 10 Saturdays, from
10 am to 3 pm, spread over one year.

Each of these Days of Breath can also be taken individually.

In addition to the integrated experience you take with you after each
of these days, we will provide you with material to support your
personal practice of these breath principles at home.

Dates: Jan. 26, Feb. 23, Mar. 29, Apr. 26, May 31, June 28, July 26,
               Aug. 30, Sept. 27, Oct. 25.

Times: 10 - 12 and 1 to 3 pm

Fee: $ 925.00, for one-year program, includes educational material
$ 100.00 each individual Day of Breath
